As you enter this first floor air conditioned apartment, the main living area is to your left. There is a twin and three seater sofa to relax on and Cable TV, multi-format DVD / CD player and a selection of books for your entertainment. The sliding patio doors lead to the south facing sun terrace, with extensive sea views over the pool and gardens. There are two sun loungers and table and chairs for four to enjoy 'al fresco' dining whist taking in the beautiful surrounding.

Returning to the living area, the American style kitchen is to the rear segregated by a breakfast bar, complete with stools for four. The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & fridge / freezer. To the right is a utility cupboard, housing the washing machine, iron & board, clothes horse, etc.

Passing between the living area and kitchen, there is a small lobby, with a twin bedroom to your right, spacious double bedroom to your left and the bathroom directly ahead, complete with toilet, basin, bidet and full bath with wall mounted shower attachment.

The large free form pool is directly outside, complete with Jacuzzi, set in a grassed pool area. It is for the sole use of the eight apartments and there is ample room to relax around it. The surrounding gated garden areas are terraced and provided additional areas to relax in the sun and are an ideal area for holding barbeques.

Two commercial centres serve Cumbre del Sol, the nearest being within a five minute walk and the other within a couple of minutes drive of the apartment. They are home to a variety of amenities including a well stocked supermarket, restaurants, bars, patisserie, banks and shops.
