upper level to the left. Ahead through the double
doors is the formal dining area with a large living
room off to the right, with comfortable seating
for eight and real fire. A CD Hi-Fi, Television
and DVD player are provided for your entertainment,
as well as a selection of board games and puzzles.
Patio doors lead off to the 'Naya' and pool terrace.
There is a superbly equipped kitchen, directly ahead
when entering the dining room, with an adjoining
utility room leading to the rear garden area.
The upper level is no less impressive and accessed
via the staircase as you enter the villa. Here you'll
find the first of the bathrooms and large twin bedroom.
The master bedroom is en-suite, with both bath and
separate walk in shower and has access to the enormous
secluded sun terrace with wonderful views over the
property, surrounding mountains and countryside.
At the end of the hall is a second large double
bedroom, also en-suite. All have been tastefully
decorated and equipped to a very high standard.
As much care and attention to detail has been spent
on the landscaped gardens and pool area as inside.
Enjoy 'al fresco' dining under the naya overlooking
the pool and beautiful surroundings. There is a
covered 'Summer Kitchen' barbeque area located to
the side of the naya near the kitchen where you
can experiment with your outdoor culinary skills!
The private 8m x 4m pool is complimented by sun
loungers as well as patio table and chairs. There
is ample off road parking for four cars including
a shaded car port.
