Description...
This
spacious villa at the foot of the stunning Montgo
Mountain has an acre of garden with county views,
a large pool and barbeque. The villa is split
over two levels, the upper 3 bedroom level being
available to rent independently as an affordable
option for smaller parties. (Don't worry; the
lower level will not be rented separately during
your stay).
Tthe villa has all the amenities
to ensure you relax and enjoy your holiday in
comfort. The upper level comprises of three bedrooms,
one en-suite, a family bathroom, living room with
open plan dining area, sun lounge and a kitchen.
There is Satellite TV and a Hi-Fi provided for
your entertainment. Outside there is a large terrace
and covered naya overlooking the pool and leading
to the entrance into the lower level.
The
lower two bedroom level of the villa will remain
locked off during your stay. Should you require
the whole villa or wish to stay during July
& August please refer to Ref.

As
you exit the accommodation into the fabulous
gardens, there is a large terraced area with
barbeque directly ahead of you, complete with
tables & chairs for 10 ideal for 'al fresco'
dining overlooking the pool. The pool and terrace
is in front, the pool being approx. 10m x 5m
with a large sun terrace. There are plenty of
sun loungers and terrace furniture to relax
and soak up the sun.
There is a supermarket at the
end of the road and bars and restaurants within
a couple of minutes drive or 15 minute walk.
Javea is five minutes drive away and the Marriott
Golf Resort & Spa is also nearby.
