The
detached villa boasts open valley views from the
Naya. The landscaped garden contains many tropical
plants including; Aloe Vera's, Palms and Cacti,
the largest of which provide some shade around the
South facing secluded pool area. The private pool
is 8m x 4m with outdoor shower and roman steps along
the entire width of the shallow end. There are plenty
of comfortable sun loungers and seats to relax on
around the pool terrace, ideal for al fresco dining
after making use of the large BBQ.
The villa has been recently furnished with stylish,
modern but comfortable furniture. The accommodation
consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes,
2 with a double bed, one ensuite, and one twin room
and a family bathroom all on the upper level of
the property.
As you enter the villa through wrought iron gates
and an archway, the front door leads to a large
hallway which then goes through to a living dining
room with fireplace and wood burner, satellite tv,
stereo system, DVD, books and games which then leads
out to the open Naya and the lovely views. An ideal
area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine as the sunsets.
Also on this level is the traditional style kitchen
fully equip with dish washer, hob and oven, fridge
freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The Naya leads to a short flight of stairs to the
pool terrace and entrance to the separate self-contained
apartment. The apartment which was completely refurbished
in Spring 2005 consists of a kitchen with electric
cooker, fridge freezer and Microwave, shower room
and double bedroom.
